Started in 1993 with the grand RFID project in China Railway, Invengo Information Technology Co. Ltd. is the very first exploiter and dominant leader in Chinese RFID market. Today, Invengo is a fast growing company with more than 300 employees, over USD 15 million in annual revenue, and international operations in North America, Singapore and Europe.   • 1993 January :Freight Railcar-number Automatic Identification System
  • 1997 January : XC Automatic Equipment Identification System successfully passed the technology achievement appraisal of Scientific technology & Industry for National Defense, China
  • 1999 August : XC Automatic Equipment Identification System passed the Technology Achievement Appraisal of China Ministry of Railway.
  • 2000 March : Launch of China Automatic Train Identification System project, XC AEIS began to be widely deployed as the designated product over all 18 regional railway administrations, covering more than 70,000 kilometers in China.
  • 2000 April : Microwave Radio Frequency Identification System project, was approved as Hi-Tech project by Shenzhen government.
  • 2001 April : Container Automatic Identification Management project was undertaken by Invengo, funded by the China Ministry of Science and Technology.
  • Logistics and warehouse management at Hangzhou Cigarette Factory as pilot for national China tobacco industry information center.
  • Customs vehicle management for China Land Border ports at Shenzhen Customs, Dalian Customs, Zhuhai Customs among many.
  • City of Xiamen for its highway and bridge Electronic Toll Collection management.
  • Automatic weighing system at Inner Mongolia's biggest power plant - Menda Power plant.
  • The automatic Equipment Identification Systems [asset management] has already found favour with many chinese corporations in petroleum, smelting, electricity, mining and other industries.
Invengo has a highly qualified and devoted R&D team, which key members had been engaged in aero tracking and control for years, with a rich accumulated RFID experience. Invengo has more than 150 sets of world-class testing and experiment instruments with a total value exceeding USD1.2 million, including microwave network vector analyser, frequency spectrum analyser, logic analyser, vector signal generator, 2.2ghz advanced oscillograph, extreme temperature testing chamber, vibration and shock testing machine and electromagnetic compatibility EMC testing devices.

Invengo is jointly operating Xi'dian-Invengo RFID trechnology R&D center with Xi'dian University for the fundamental research of RFID technology.
